What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations will not receive a refund. You may use your retainer fee towards another event for up to six (6) months.

Are pets allowed in the venue?
Absolutely NO animals of any kind are allowed in the facility.
Is smoking allowed?
Absolutely NO smoking inside the building. There is a designated area outside of the facility for smoking.

Are kids allowed in the Selfie Studio?
Yes, children are allowed in the selfie studio. 12 and under MUST be accompanied with an adult.
Is food allowed in the Selfie Studio?
No food or drinks are allowed in the selfie studio.
Elegant Designs Everlasting is located in Bartlett, Tn. We have 3,800 square footage of space. Our venue features state-of-the-art audio and visual equipment. I-240 and St. Francis Hospital are five minutes away from our space. Public transportation is accessible and in the same complex of the facility less than 500 ft away. We have adequate parking for employees and customers that is ADA accessible.
